Information under the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)

As a manufacturer of electrical and electronic equipment we are registered with the Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register (stiftung ear).

At the end of their life, electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste (household waste) but must be collected separately. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates the obligation of separate collection.

Waste batteries and rechargeable batteries as well as lamps that are not permanently enclosed by the old device must be removed without destruction before handing the device in at a collection point and must be collected separately. End users are also responsible themselves for deleting personal data on the old devices to be disposed of.

Old devices can be returned free of charge at municipal collection points and within the scope of the statutory take-back obligations of retailers.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
